In a blender, combine the chickpeas with their cooking liquid, salt, and souring agent. Blend until the chickpeas are completely smooth.

Add the garlic and yogurt, blend briefly, then gradually add the tahini while blending until the mixture is well combined and creamy. The hummus is now ready.

Pour into a serving dish, garnish as desired, drizzle a little olive oil on top, and serve.
