Ingredients

1 cupcooked couscous (about 170 grams)
1/2 bunchleeks or parsley
1/2 buncharugula
10strawberries
2 tablespoonscorn
2 tablespoonschickpeas
2 tablespoonschopped mixed nuts
2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar

Chop the vegetables and strawberries into small pieces.

Add the couscous to the vegetables.

Season the chickpeas, corn, and nuts with pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and vinegar.

Spoon the salad onto a serving plate and add the chickpea sauce on top.
