Roast poha on medium flame till crisp

In pan add mustrd oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chillies. Saute it well.

Add fresh matar and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add dry spices and give it a good mix.

Now our matar preparation is ready. Add it on top of crispy poha.

Garnish with chopped onion and Coriander leaves, and serve immediately.
