Prepare the ingredients. Wash the spinach leaves and drain well. Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel, then cut into small cubes.

Fill a pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Blanch the spinach leaves and tofu cubes separately.

Prepare the sesame sauce.

Mix the sesame sauce with the spinach and tofu until well combined.
