Finely chop the onion and sauté in a frying pan with vegetable oil until translucent.

In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients well.

Remove the stems from the bell peppers and cut them into thirds.

Place the bell peppers in a plastic bag, add flour, and coat them evenly.

Stuff the bell peppers with the filling.

Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and add the stuffed bell peppers.

Once browned, flip them over, reduce to low heat, cover, and steam for 6 minutes.

Once cooked, add steak sauce, coat evenly, and serve on a plate.
