Small, shortbread-style hazelnut cookies that no one can resist!

Beat the butter and sugar in a mixer until the sugar is well dissolved. Add the vanilla and ground hazelnuts. Gradually add the flour until you have a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Shape the dough into bite-sized balls and bake at 400°F (200°C) with convection for 15-20 minutes.

Let the cookies cool, then spray them with rose water and dust generously with powdered sugar.
