Ingredients

Serves 4 servings

1 pkgfrozen broccoli
1 canmushroom soup
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1egg - beaten
1 cupcheddar cheese
1/4 cupgrated onion
salt and pepper to taste
butter

Steps

Cook broccoli until tender in salted water. Drain well and pour over!

Chop into small pieces.

Combine with soup, mayonnaise, egg, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole, cover with grated cheese and cracker crumbs.

Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
