Remove the skin of the blanched almond.Grind 1 cup almonds and milk in a mixer jar to make a smooth batter.

Cut the rest of the almonds in small pieces.Heat butter in a pan,add chopped almonds and fry on low heat until golden brown.Add flour and fry till it changes its colour.Add water and keep on stirring.

Now add almond and milk batter and keep on stirring to avoid lumps.Sprinkle salt and pepper and mix it well.Cook it for 4-5 min.on medium heat.

Serve this healthy soup with garlic bread or toast.
