Heat a kadhai and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, followed by cumin seeds. When they start to crackle, add chopped onions, green chilies, and garlic. Sauté until the onions turn golden.

Add chopped tomatoes and stir well. Then, add chopped mogri beans (or radish pods) and sauté for 30 seconds. Next, add chopped methi leaves and mix well. Sauté for another 30 seconds.

Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Then, add all the spices, salt, and crushed peanuts, and stir to combine. Add 1/4 cup of hot water, cover the pan, and steam for 1 minute.

Ready your Radish pods and methi leaves bhaji,garnish with desiccated coconut and coriander leaves,and serve with roti or chapati.
