Puffed Rice Snack (Lasaniya Mumra Chavana)

Sieve and clean the puffed rice on slow gas until crispy for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the pounded garlic paste. Coarsely pound garlic, haldi, chilli powder and salt. Keep aside.

In some hot oil deep fry papad. Keep on an absorbent paper. Cool and crumble them to pieces.

Now deep fry groundnuts and roasted chana. Deep fry khari boondi again.

Drain the extra oil. Now remove extra oil from the kadhai and in 2-3 tbsp oil add in

When curry leaves are crisp add in the piynded garlic paste. Mixvwell and saute it for 2 minutes. Add in the roaster puffed rice.

Mix well. Add in fried groundnuts, chana, boondi, chana dal and fried papad.

Mix well and lastly mix in nylon sev.

Mix and cool down the mixture completely. Serve tasty chatpata
PUFFED RICE MIXTURE to family and friends. Store in airtight container.
