In winter traditionally gond laddu were making at home which gives us energy and heat.also it boost immunity.
Cooking Instructions

First of all take dry dates, dry coconut then roast it on medium flame.

Then take Gond and fry in ghee. After frying Gond. roast dry fruits.

When all roasting and flying complete make it cool all ingredients and then grind it finely. After grinding take jaggery in pan and melt it properly
- 4
When jaggery is melted mix it into grinded mixture with the help of spatula or spoon mix it well simultaneously add ghee in it and make laddu. Inventor season these laddu gives lot of energy so try in winter specially.
