Steps

Wash and chopped bathua leaves and spring onion. Take a mixing bowl, add spring onion and bathua leaves to it.

Add ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves also.

Add wheat flour to the bowl and add chilli powder, carom seeds, turmeric powder, salt and oil.

Mix all ingredients and add water to make a stiff dough. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Pinch a ball size dough and roll into a paratha.

Cook paratha on a medium hot tawa. Fry with ghee.
- 7
Serve hot with pickles or raita.
