First of all, wash and cut amla and remove its seeds. Peel and chop the turmeric. Cut the chilli roughly.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,asafoetida and garlic cloves.saute for few seconds.now add chopped amla turmeric and salt Mix it well.Cook the until they become tender or soft.

Now add green chillies and peanuts. Mix it and saute for 2 minutes. Then add coriander with it's stems.

Mix it well and cook all the mixture 1 minutes. Switch off the flame and cool down the mixture. After then that crush it in khalbatta or pulse mode in mixer grinder.

So the sour and spicy amla amd turmeric thecha is ready.
