Soak cashews in warm water and blend. Now heat butter in a pan add the paste and milk and warm it

In a different pan saute mushroom with butter and salt. Now add this in milk. Add salt, pepper powder and mix well. Prepare cornflour slurry and add to soup, mix well and let it thickens. Now add dill leaves and parsley and mix well.

Serve hot creamy mushroom soup
