  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 100 gmethi leaves chopped
  • 100 gspring onion greens chopped
  • 50 gonion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 tbspoil

    Cut the veggies and wash properly. Add spices and mix well now add flour and water knead soft dough

    Roll into paratha and cook golden on both the sides. Serve hot with tea, chutney or curd.
