    Wash the peppers, cut them in half, and remove seeds and white membranes.

    Peel the onion.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet.

    Thinly slice the onion and add it to the skillet.

    Sauté until golden, then cut the peppers into small pieces.

    Add the peppers to the skillet and stir.

    Add salt and chili powder, mix, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, covered.

    Crack the eggs and beat them quickly.

    Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir.

    Slice the Coulommiers cheese and add it to the skillet.

    Stir quickly just to incorporate the cheese well.

Tips

Comment différencier facilement les beurres dans le réfrigérateur ?

Si comme moi nous n aimez pas conserver les beurres différents dans leur papier d emballage il suffit de coller des étiquettes sur les différents beurriers afin de ne commettre aucun impair en cuisine (je plastifie les étiquettes et elles supportent plusieurs lavages)
