Stir-Fried Squid with Bean Sprouts and Onions

Steps

Clean the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with a little seasoning powder, black pepper, crushed chili peppers, and crushed ginger for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Sauté the shallot and minced ginger until golden. Add the tomato cut into wedges and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the squid and stir over high heat. Season with a little fish sauce.

When the squid is slightly cooked, add the onion cut into wedges. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the bean sprouts. Adjust the fish sauce to taste. Once the bean sprouts are tender, turn off the heat. Add dill and green onions, stir once, and transfer to a plate.
