  1. 2 tbspcornstarch
  2. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1 tbspcooking sherry
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice meat of choice against the grain.

    Mix meat with marinade ingredients; cover and marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Let marinated meat stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
