Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, mash 2 bananas. Add 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar and then 2 eggs, mixing well.

Incorporate 1 3/4 oz (50 g) of oats, 1 oz (30 g) of flour with 1/2 packet of baking powder.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Pour the mixture into a silicone loaf pan (about 9.5 inches) and place half a banana, sliced lengthwise, on top. Bake for 35 minutes. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
