First of all, roast cashews, almonds, sesame seeds one by one. Roast the peanuts and prepare them by removing their shells. Now crush everything on pulse mode in a mixer grinder one by one.

Now take 2 tbspoons of water and jaggery in a thick bottomed pan and heat it. When the jaggery melts, add 1 tbspoon of ghee. Do not make jaggery pie. When the jaggery melts and starts bubbling, then add cardamom and saunth powder to it. Now slow the gas flame. Add the crushed mixture and mix well.

When the mixture becomes thick and leave the sides, take it out and place it in a ghee-greased tin and sprinkle pistachio slices on it. After f minutes, cut it into desire pieces. Allow it to cool down.
