Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Finely chop chilli, ginger, garlic and onions.

In a wok, heat oil, add chilli ginger, garlic and onions. Saute for few seconds on high flame.

Chop all the veggies in a chopper or you can grate them. Add veggies to the wok. Also add chopped capcicums. Saute for couple of minutes.(You can take also take veggies you like)

Don't saute veggies for long, to keep them crunchy. Add water and salt.

Add all the sauces and tomato ketchup.

Add cornflour to little water and make slurry. Add slurry to soup and let it boil for 5 mins. and soup thicken. Add black pepper powder.

Serve sizzling hot in a bowl with topping boiled and fried noodles and onion greens over it. Enjoy my favourite winter sip.
