It's a traditional sweet dish from Maharashtra and Karnataka, prepared during Makar Sankranti festival, it's a flat bread stuffed with
Sesame,peanuts, jagarry mixture and served with ghee.
Steps

For kneading dough add flour, besan to a bowl add salt, oil and mix it then add water in parts knead medium soft dough,apply ghee cover and keep aside.

For filling preparation, roast sesame seeds till it starts popping, roast peanuts, then fry besan in a ghee till nice aroma,roast coconut cool all the ingredients.

Now grind sesame seeds, peanuts, coconut to coarse powder add jagarry and blend it well, transfer to a bowl add besan mix it well add cardmum powder mix everything well.

Now take a small ball size portion of the dough and press it like a bowl to fill the stuffing close it and lightly press it and roll it lightly, healt tawa roast the poli both sides then apply oil/ghee and complete it.

Prepare all the til Gul Poli, serve with ghee, it can be stored for 4 to five days.
