In a big vessel add water add peas, french beans, chopped potato and broccoli florets.Boil upto 50 percent done.Drain water.

In a mixer jar add soaked cashew nuts, fresh coconut, chilli, garlic, tomato and little coriander leaves.Add water if nesscary.Grind finely.

In a pan add oil and chopped onion.Saute till golden brown.Add grounded paste and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and Saute till masala separates oil.

Add vegetables and required water.Cover and cook till vegetables get tender.Serve hot with Puri.
