Heat a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they start to crackle, add garlic and onion. Sauté until the onion turns translucent. Add coconut powder and stir well.

Add all the spices and mix well. Then, add the chopped vegetables (such as eggplant and peas) and stir thoroughly. Add crushed peanuts, sesame powder, and cumin powder, and mix well. Sprinkle whole sesame seeds, then add salt and jaggery. Cook everything for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
