Patisapta pitha is a Bengali sweet.Today is Poush Sankranti in West Bengal.It is celebrated as a harvest festival.In North India it is known as Makar Patisapta is made with rice flour, jaggery and condensed milk.
Steps

Mix rice flour,all-purpose flour and semolina.Add.jaggety powder and salt.Mix water (1.5 cup)Mix it well to make a smooth batter.Leave it for an hour.

Boil milk and cook it for 12-²5 min so that milk becomes thick.Now add Semolina in it and mix.Cook it for 2-3 min.Add coconut powder and salt and mix.Add jaggery and mix.The mixture is ready for stuffing.

Heat a griddle,Grease it with Desi ghee.Now pour 1 ladle full of the rice batter.Let it spread on its own.Pour some ghee on the edges of the Patisapta.Cook it on low to medium heat.until golden brown on both the sides.Then fill it with milk and coconut mixture and roll it.Make all the Patisapta.
