Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSteamed edamame
  2. 1 packetsteamed frozen edamame
  3. Halfcup boiled chickpeas
  4. HalfCucumber
  5. 1avocado
  6. 1tomato
  7. Halfcup roasted peanuts
  8. Halfcup lettuce
  9. 1/3pumpkin seeds
  10. 1 slicemozerrela cheese
  11. 1 tbspolive oil
  12. 1 tsphoney
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. Halftsp black pepper
  15. Halfteaspoon chaat masala
  16. 2 tbspgreek yogurt
  17. 1 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First make spread = olive oil+black pepper+salt+honey+sesame seeds+green yogurt+chaat masala. Just mix gently keep it aside

  2. 2

    Put some butter in a pan and add boiled chickpeas roast until crisp. Then add them to all left ingredients and spread ready mixture

  3. 3

    Enjoy yummiest salad ever. Thanks
