Chop the lettuce to your liking and arrange it as a base on a plate.

Top with shredded carrot, thinly sliced red onion, diced avocado, and drained corn from the can. Optionally, add grilled steak cut into cubes.

Tip: To keep the avocado from browning, toss it with a little olive oil. One can of corn makes about 3 servings.
