Ingredients: 1 bagTortilla chips; 1 bag (2 cups) each Shredded Cheddar, Colby Jack and Pepper Jack cheese or shred 8 ounce blocks; 1 Pico de Gallo as needed (buy in cold produce section or make your own); 2-3 Jalapeños deseeded and sliced; 2 cups pulled BBQ pork,chicken, or beef; 1 jar Queso Blanco warmed; 1 bag shredded lettuce; as needed Sour cream

#CA2025 I have used this recipe for years. It is written on a little notepad and the paper is worn and fading. I don't want to lose it so I will put it on Cookpad. This recipe is very generic you can make a little or a lot.

Using a large tray (I made for 3 and used 8x8 baking dish) or bowl begin layering ingredients; layer tortilla chips,and cheese.

Add some of the pico de gallo, jalapeños and meat. Drizzle with queso Blanco. Adding lettuce is optional.

Repeat layers 1-2 more times top with sour cream.
