Steps

Boil rice in salted water.

Cut the radish into thin slices. Mix with sugar and salt in a convenient bowl. Pour in rice vinegar. Leave to marinate.

Cut carrots and asparagus into pieces. Peel and chop garlic. Start frying minced meat.

As soon as the mince has changed color, add asparagus and carrots. You can add a little olive oil if necessary. Add a little salt. Simmer everything together for three minutes.

Add crushed garlic, stir. Fry a little. Add rice, Teriyaki, Haisin, Sambal and a little water. Stir. Simmer under the lid for another three minutes.

When serving, don't forget to garnish with pickled radish.
