For the marination - Grind cashew nuts with 1/2 cup water to make a smooth paste.Transfer it in a mixing bowl.Add cream,salt and black pepper powder.Now dip paneer pieces in this batter to marinate.Leave it for 10 min.

Heat butter in a karahi,add methi and fry on medium heat until crisp.Keep it aside.

In the same butter fry onion on low to medium heat. Add paneer pieces with cashew nut paste.Cook it on low heat till oil separates from the gravy.

Add fried methi.Cook it for 2 min.and then switch off the gas stove.

Your delicious paneer methi malai curry is ready to serve.
