Wash and Chop spinach. Pressure cook till 2 minutes after first whistle. Switch off and let pressure releases automatically.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions, ginger, green chilli and garlic. Saute till onion gets golden.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder and cook till oil leaves the sides

Mash cooked spinach and make a paste. Add this paste in masala and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Cut paneer in cubes and deep fry till golden brown and remove in hot water. After 5 minutes add in spinach. Cook for 2 minutes. Add garam masala and mix well and switch off the flame.

Garnish with cream and Serve hot with chapatti or rice for dinner.
