Steps

Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker together with green peas and sweetcorn up to 3 whistles.
Remove from the cooker peel and mash the potatoes.
Blanch the spinach in a separate pan,then mash it.
Keep everything ready. - 2
Take oil in a pan.
Saute chopped onion till translucent.
Now add Peas, sweetcorn,salt, pepper powder and mashed spinach.
Mix everything well. - 3
Now add mashed potato, mix with the veggies.
Lastly,add butter and milk.
Mix gently to merge everything well.
Cook for 2 minutes,then switch off the gas. - 4

that can be eaten with both a vegetable stew and a non-vegetable stew, or eat all alone..
It's a kind of one pot meal.
