Beef burgers with side and garlic dip

This recipe is for homemade burgers, I used starch for getting the right consistency. Usually I used eggs or breadcrumbs but that gives a different texture, so none of that is needed :)

This recipe is for homemade burgers, I used starch for getting the right consistency. Usually I used eggs or breadcrumbs but that gives a different texture, so none of that is needed :)
Steps
- 1
Mix the garlic powder with the minced beef and the spoon of starch until it's looking solid enough to handle (if it's sticking to your hands it will need half a spoon of flour or breadcrumbs) this recipe is made with tapioca starch only, no water or eggs.
- 2
Once the burgers are ready to cook, set a tray with kitchen paper to dry the oil. Cook each burger about 3mins per side, turning constantly until it's cooked inside.
- 3
Prepare the dip: in a blender put minced garlic, crushed garlic or a whole peeled garlic with the sour cream.
Cut the veggies for the side, I suggest cutting in julienne
