  • Carrots
  • Turnip (mustard)
  • Potatoes
  • Red squash (kabocha)
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Any other vegetables
  • clovesGarlic
  • 3-4 tablespoonsoil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried cilantro
  • Soft white cheese
  • 1/2 cupcream (optional)

    Clean, wash, and cut the vegetables into large pieces. Place them in a pot with a little oil and sauté well, adding the spices.

    Add hot water and let it boil until the vegetables are cooked.

    Once the vegetables are cooked, blend them with the soft white cheese. Add the cream while hot and serve with a sprinkle of parsley and toasted bread.
