Tricolour Pulao

#TT Today I have made tricolour Pulao. It's very easy to make.
Steps

Heat ghee in a kadai add mustard seeds,udad dal, chana dal let them splutter, add curry leaves and fry few seconds then add boiled carrots paste and salt, cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes then add cooked white rice, mix it properly, cover and cook for 2 minutes, orange colour pulao is ready.

Heat ghee in a kadai add green chutney, salt and fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes then add white cooked rice, mix it properly, cover and cooked 2 minutes. Green colour pulao is ready.

Heat ghee in a kadai add cumin seeds let them splutter then add white cooked rice, salt, mix it properly, cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. White colour pulao is ready.

Now arrenge the Tricolour Pulao as a Flag as shown in fig.
