Use a tofu presser or wrap the tofu in a paper towel or towel after draining and place a pan or heavy object on top so the tofu can release liquid. Leave in this position for 20-30 min.

While waiting preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the cornstarch and soy sauce.
