First assemble all the ingredients as shown in the images. Make sure that all the ingredients are chilled and right out of the refrigerator.

Tip : Mix some yoghurt in the Malai to make it more Tasty. Then add all the ingredients in the mixer jar, except water and half of the dry fruits.

Whip to a frothy lassi. Add water as per your texture preference and whip again.

Pour into earthen cups or glass tumblers and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Enjoy chilled!
