Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupthick homemade Yoghurt or Dahi
    Rose Lassi
  2. 1/2 cuphomemade malai
    Mango Lassi
  3. 1/2 cup cold milk
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt or as per taste
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar or as per taste
  7. 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  8. 1/2 cupchopped dry nuts/fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins) or add more as per your choice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First assemble all the ingredients as shown in the images. Make sure that all the ingredients are chilled and right out of the refrigerator.

    Tip : Mix some yoghurt in the Malai to make it more Tasty. Then add all the ingredients in the mixer jar, except water and half of the dry fruits.

    Whip to a frothy lassi. Add water as per your texture preference and whip again.

    Pour into earthen cups or glass tumblers and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Enjoy chilled!
