  • 1cucumber
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 ozfeta cheese (about 100 grams)
  • 6-8olives (any kind you like)
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil (30 ml)
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • 2 tablespoonscapers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar (15 ml)

    Cut the vegetables into pieces.
