Ingredients

  1. 5medium Spanish Onions (cut into large chunks)
  2. 5large Green Bell Pepper (cored, seeded, & roughly chopped
  3. 4Cubanelle Peppers (stemmed, seeded, & cut into large chunks)
  4. 2large Red Bell Pepper (cored, seeded, & roughly chopped)
  5. 4Plum Tomatoes (cored & cut into chunks)
  6. 8Ajices Dulces (stemmed)
  7. 1large bunch Cilantro (washed & roughly chopped)
  8. 18medium Cloves Garlic (peeled)
  9. 1large bunch Culantro (washed & roughly chopped
  10. Kosher Salt

Cooking Instructions

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions & cubanelle peppers in the workbowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

    With the motor running, add the remaining ingredients one at a time through the feed tube & process until smooth. Season to taste with salt. Transfer to container & store in refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze.
