Ingredients

  • 1yellow onion
  • 2Green Bell Pepper
  • 1big Anaheim Green Pepper (We call this "Pimiento de cocinar verde" or "Cooking Green Pepper"
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 bunchCilantro
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 1Scott bonnett or yellow lantern chili (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in the food processor until they are very very chopped, like a chunky smoothie.

  2. 2

    Save in the fridge and use it to cook.

  3. 3

    you can save them in ice cubes! Freeze it and just pop one out when needed.
