Pan-fried Broccoli with Sesame Oil & Oyster Sauce

When you want to cook a side dish of Broccoli, steam-frying with a little bit of Water in a frying pan is truely the quickest and easiest method. I often cook with Olive Oil, Garlic and Chilli. Today I used Sesame Oil and seasoned with Oyster Sauce. Use a large head of Broccoli, but it might be not enough for 4 people as it is so delicious.
