Wash the rice throughly and sprinkle water and mix it with turmeric powder salt and leave it for a while.

Then add 1tsp ghee to the frypan.When the ghee is hot add the cardamom and cinnamon.When the small comes out of the boil fry it with dryfruits for a while.Then give the marinated rice.After frying the rice for 5minutes.Cover it with water.Once the water is dry if the rice is boiled then give the cherry grapes.Then turn off the gas and reduce it.
