Pijali Wrap copycat
I used 3 substitutes mainly because of prices and knowing my teens wouldn’t eat it. I used
Prosciutto instead of Mortadella Ham and fresh mozzarella instead of Burrata cheese , used salami, instead of capicola because none of my stores had it. May have to google substitute for some of the ingredients.

My family loved this had a salad to go with it, but i think disney severs it fries or just the sandwich.
We did this for a dinner, so happy it turned out great for my first copycat Disney .

2-4 slices of Mortadella Ham 2-4 slices of Capicola on each one. Fold each slice in half before placing on pita bread

On one side of the pita bread spread out the Pistachio Pesto and spread the Burrata cheese on the outside side add meats f then fold the wrap in half and its done.
