Measure all the ingredients.

Dry roast all the ingredients.

Cool all the ingredients and grind the ingredients in coarse texture.

In a pan and Jaggery Powder and water to it. Make the jaggery syrup of one string consistancy. Now add Cardamom nutmeg powder and mix well. Now simmer gas flame and add the grind powder to it. Mix well. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the mixture starts leaving pan grease the plate / tray with ghee.

Put all the mixture on the tray and cut it into equal parts.

Serve it. Store in air tight container.
