Soak moong dal for at least two hours.

Take all the ingredients together.

Drain excess water from moong dal.Add in mixer jar with chillies and grind finely.

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients together.Add salt and mix well with hands.Add fruit salt and activate it.Mix well.

In a pan add oil and sesame seeds.Add two tablespoon batter.Spread by spoon.Cover and cook for five minutes till brown and crispy from both sides.

Serve hot with any pickle or sauce. Very healthy and tasty breakfast.
