Take all ingredients at one place.
In a pan first dry roast flax seeds on medium to low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir often. When they start splutter remove from heat and transfer in a plate.
Roast the gram dal for 1 minute. And transfer in plate. - 2
Next,add sesame seeds and roast for 1 minute then add coconut powder and roast for 1 minute. Remove from pan.

Add peanuts and roast 1-2 minute then transfer it with all roasted seeds.
In the same pan add oil and heat up.add cumin seeds saute few seconds. - 4
Add red Chilli and garlic saute for 1 minute then add curry leaves and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the flame.allow to cool it.

Add all roasted ingredients in a grinding jar add fry garlic,Chilli cumin seeds. Add salt according to taste then grind it and make fine powder.

Transfer in bowl. Store it in an airtight container and referigerate. Sprinkle in salads, sandwiches, add any yogurt preparations or relish with dal chawal.
