Mint and strawberries!!!! Sooo yummy and refreshing! Not really a 'recipe'...just something simple I like to eat and thought someone else might too! You can add all sorts of fruit, but my favorite is definitely the strawberries!!

1 bunch(or as needed ) fresh mint - chopped
2 cupssliced strawberries

Slice up strawberries however you like. Chop fresh mint. Mix strawberries and mint with remaining ingredients. Let chill in fridge for a while. Enjoy!

Variations: oranges, cranberries, kiwi, watermelon, starfruit, nuts. Whatever you think would go well with the mint!
