Measure the required amount of ground meat. Then mix it with breadcrumbs, egg, and beef.

Finely chop the onion, place it in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 500W for 3 minutes. Let it cool.

While the onion cools, combine the seasonings marked with '★' in a measuring cup.

Wash the bell peppers well, cut them in half with a knife, and remove the seeds.

Put the bell peppers in a plastic bag, sprinkle with flour, and shake well to coat evenly.

This is what it should look like when the meat is stuffed! Make sure to pack it tightly so there are no gaps!

Once everything is ready, heat oil in a frying pan and place the peppers meat-side down to brown.

Once the ground meat is browned, add the mixture from step 3, cover, and steam! I did this over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

This is what the finished dish should look like! The Worcestershire sauce adds flavor, so you can enjoy it without ketchup.
