First take mooli wash and chopped,mix salt and rest 5 minutes.Few water release removes it. Take vessel put in flour add mooli, Spicy masala and oil prepared dough with needed water. Let it rest.

Dough rub with oil divide in two part. Use rolling board make paratha deep in flour using rolling pin. Mooli paratha roasted in tawa apply ghee roast till brown colour.

Delicious and tasty mooli ke paratha feels in tiffin with curd, lemon pickle and carrot pickle.
