In a wok heat oil for frying and add steak in batches. Brown on high heat and put to the side

In the same pan add the celery, onion and one white parts of the green onion and stir fry on high heat for 1-2min, then add the garlic and ginger

Add the tomato and mushrooms frying for another 2 minutes. Add the steak back to the wok and add the green parts of the green onion and coriander. Stir fry for another minute then add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry for about a further 2 minutes. Then remove from heat. Serve with sticky rice.
